At CASHe SERVICES, we are committed to providing high-quality training in Digital Product Selling, WordPress Mastery, Digital Marketing, and Graphic Designing. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Digital Products & Courses

  • Since our services are digital courses and training programs, once the course is purchased and accessed, it cannot be returned like physical goods.
  • Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
    • Duplicate payment due to technical error.
    • Wrong amount charged beyond the course fee.
    • Inability to access the course due to verified technical issues on our platform (and not due to user’s internet/device issues).

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of purchase.
  • Provide proof of payment (transaction ID, receipt, or screenshot).
  • Refund requests will be reviewed and approved at the discretion of CASHe SERVICES.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to complete the course or lack of usage.
  • Technical issues caused by user’s device, browser, or internet connection.
  • Downloadable digital content once accessed.

4. Refund Process

  • If your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
